Red chili peppers are often prone to being distributed with a lot of impurities mixed with them, unless they are thoroughly washed before being initially dried. A clean processing facility that guarantees the hygiene of the food we produce ensures a quality that we are not willing to compromise. All red pepper powder produced in our company is processed through the HACCP certified system of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, and thoroughly washed through brush cleaning and air cleaning processes, and we are also making every effort to sterilize microorganisms through an ultraviolet sterilizer. We are devoted to producing food that our customers can completely trust.
